Alejandro has gained more than 20 years of experience in the finance and investment banking sectors. In 2013, he decided to establish Trapeza Capital with Juan Antonio Cuevas, their own alternative finance business.

In 1996, Alejandro got his degree in Business Administration in ICADE and an Executive MBA in IESE in 2008. He also practiced as a professor of Financial Systems from 2009 to 2011 in the University of Carlos III

Juan Antonio has had a long career in the real estate and finance sector, where he has spent the majority of his professional career. He spent 15 years managing a family real estate fund, with 20 million euros in rental assets. In 2013, he founded, Trapeza Capital with Alejandro Pastrana.

In 1996, Juan Antonio got his degree in Business Administration in EAP-ESCP (Oxford-Madrid-Paris), and in 1999 he got his MBA in IESE.

With more than 18 years of experience in banking and 3 years in alternative finance companies, Juan Ramón is an expert in Credit Risk management and valuation. He has taught in SANFI, IEB and BSF as an associate professor.

Juan Ramón graduated in 1997 with a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia, and has an MBA from CEU and a master’s in financial Models and Business Valuation from IEB.

Paul joined Copernicus Servicing in 2014 as head of Business Development and Advisory and a member of the Management Committee. Since joining, Paul has advised a multitude of funds on over 150 NPL portfolio transactions in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

Paul previously worked as the Director of Restructuring in KPMG Spain, advising debtors, lenders and alternative investors.

Paul received an honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Limerick and Chartered Accountant.

Gonzalo has more than 20 years of experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Consulting, after working for Santander Bank, Deutsche Bank, PwC and Urban View.
In addition, Gonzalo has extensive experience in the creation of pan-European NPL platforms and real estate assets and is in charge of the international expansion of the Copernicus Group and is a member of the Management Committee.

Gonzalo has a degree in IMPV, an MBA from ICADE and PDD from the IESE Business School.
